The majority of our affordable housing projects involve distressed historic buildings which we transform to renovated gems housing modern, state-of-the-art apartments. We take immense pride in the quality of workmanship that goes into each rehabilitation project we perform. From incorporating the energy efficiency of new windows (replicated to appear historic) to full renovation of building interior and exterior, no architectural detail is overlooked as the building is revitalized and rededicated in purpose.
